It's So Hard to Understand Anymore

The Cypriot government has approved "mixed" marriages. Does that mean you can now marry between races? Does it mean men can marry men, maybe? No, it means that Greek Cypriots can marry Turkish Cypriots. Huh? What? I don't get it, they call that mixed? Oh my!
